STEP 1:- First, Launch the Application Software.
STEP 2: - Then, choose the OLM file from the location.Hit the Open button.
STEP 3:- Now, Click on Add files
STEP 4:- Then, you can apply filters by enabling the radio button "Apply Filters". Click on Set button.
STEP 5:- You can also set the date filters. Click on Apply.
STEP 6:- If you wants that Folder Hierarchy of the resultant file should be same as that of input file, Then enable the checkbox and hit Apply button.
STEP 7:- You will also be able to customize the folder names.
STEP 8- After that, enable the option of "Apply Advance option", After entering the destination location, Click Export and proceed further.
STEP 9- The Tool will show you the Complete Export Status of the Process.
STEP 10- After completion of export process, Click OK.Hit "Save report" to save the export report.
STEP 11- You can view the report of entire process.
